City Colors specializes in customizing jerseys from all sports. Kindly fill out the inquiry form to discuss your customization project, or to place an order.
All customization is heat pressed and fully stitched for a genuine, on-field look. Vinyl customization is also available for vintage football jerseys.
For custom jersey work, most customers send their blank jerseys with the lettering kit that they want stitched (see FAQ for recommended sellers). City Colors can also supply lettering kits at an additional cost not included in the price sheet below (add approximately $40 - $50 per jersey). A customer deposit may apply.

Jersey Stripping
In many cases, a jersey can be stripped of its original customization and redone with a new name and number set. These projects will be considered on a case by case basis. Please use the inquiry form above to discuss your specific project.
Important: Most cases have excellent results and give the jersey new life. However, jersey stripping is a destructive process. While I will perform this service with the best care possible, some unavoidable damage to the jersey may result from the removal of names and numbers. Some residues or “ghosting” from the original customization may be left behind despite cleaning. City Colors is not liable for less-than-perfect results. Please consider these realities when using this service.

Vinyl
Vinyl names and numbers are often desired for a vintage look commonly seen on football jerseys.
Vinyl can be applied in an array of colors and layers to achieve the look you want. Customization includes a name, front numbers, back numbers, and shoulder numbers. Elements can be added or subtracted as you desire.

Vinyl customization is applied one layer at a time, beginning with the base layer.
Customization is washing machine and dryer safe on low heat, although line-drying is recommended. With proper care, vinyl customization can last decades without cracking or peeling and is an excellent way to recreate your favorite vintage jerseys.
Complete the look
Nameplates for hockey and football are always included according to team specs.
Nameplates for vintage baseball jerseys can be made in most cases. For rarer styles, a donor jersey may be needed in order to obtain a fabric match.
Nameplates are always serged. This finished edge keeps the fabric from fraying and gives each nameplate a professional look to match what you see on the field of play.
