  • City Colors is based near Philadelphia in Phoenixville, PA, USA. I do ship internationally. Fans of all teams are welcome; I love the variety that has come through my shop.

  • For standard customization, turnaround is generally 3-4 weeks from receipt of your jersey. An expected timeframe will be communicated to you before you send it in. Rush service is available at my sole discretion for an addition fee (see: Services).

  • The best way to begin is to send me an inquiry via form, email, or direct message. We’ll talk about your project and sort out the details. Then, you’ll mail me your jersey and I’ll take care of the rest. Once the work is finished, I’ll send you photos of the completed work and send the jersey back to you.

  • I can make lettering for a select few teams. However, I source most of my lettering kits from trusted suppliers like Customize Sports, Mark Stand Creative, and PaulsBoutiqueUS. When customers send me their jerseys, they usually send me a lettering kit they’ve already purchased. If you do not have one already, I can source that for you. A deposit to secure a lettering kit may apply.

  • Unfortunately, I do not offer jersey stripping services. However, if you’ve stripped a jersey that needs some cleaning and touchup before customization, I can usually provide that. Keep in mind, jersey stripping is a destructive process, so results are variable and not guaranteed.

  • Once your jersey is finished and you’re happy with the results, we’ll settle the invoice at that time via PayPal or Venmo.

  • I’ll keep this light-hearted. I love that you’re hyped for your project and I’m definitely excited to make it and get it back to you. But this is where No News Is Good News. If you haven’t heard from me, then we are still on schedule to finish within the quoted timeline. If you haven’t gotten photos of your finished jersey yet, then there is nothing to show yet.
